The Nature of This Service
We match plumbing calls with plumbing companies — we don't employ the people who show up and do the work. Tell us what's wrong and where, across Grand Prairie, Arlington, Irving, Mansfield or the surrounding mid-cities, and we'll pair the job with an independent local plumbing team suited to it and able to get there.
Who You're Actually Contracting With
The team assigned to your call is its own separate business, not a branch office of ours. Once matched, the agreement for the plumbing work is strictly between you and them. That company sets its own price in writing, does the diagnosis and repair, and handles billing and collecting payment on its own. Any guarantee behind the work comes from them, under whatever terms they choose to offer.
We Stay Out of the Payment Side
No payment for plumbing labor runs through us, period — we don't invoice for it and we don't collect it. Whatever a repair costs, you settle that directly with the team that did it, according to whatever arrangement you two agreed on. A dispute over an invoice starts with them.
Pricing Comes From the Team, Not From Us
Only the matched plumbing team sets a price, and it arrives in writing before work starts — never from us, never over the phone, never on this website. We don't estimate jobs, lock in numbers, or promise how quickly someone will show up; all of that gets confirmed once a team is assigned. Read the written quote closely, permits and all, before saying yes.
When the Work Isn't Right
Start with the company that performed the job if something's off — they're closest to the problem and best able to correct it. We're not able to guarantee a specific outcome, because the contract for the work itself runs between you and the team, not between you and us.
How Far Our Responsibility Goes
Taking your call and connecting you with a plumbing team is the extent of what we do here.
